Meet the Owner

Hi, I’m Mark Alcantar, founder of Cactus Valley Construction.

I started the company in 2025, but my experience in construction goes back much further. I’ve been around this work since I was seven years old, learning the trade hands-on and understanding what it really takes to build things the right way. I also hold an Associate degree in Construction Management, combining real-world experience with formal training.

Over the years, that experience turned into a passion, and eventually into my own company.

Today, I stay hands-on with every project, making sure the quality, detail, and finish meet the standard I'd expect for my own home.

This isn’t just work for me—it’s my passion to bring homeowners’ vision to life.

Mi nombre es Mark Alcantar, fundador de Cactus Valley Construction.

Fundé la compañía en 2025, pero mi experiencia en la construcción viene de mucho antes, aprendiendo de manera práctica y entendiendo lo que realmente se necesita para hacer un trabajo bien hecho. Además, cuento con un titulo asociado en Construction Management, lo que me permite combinar la experiencia en campo con una base técnica sólida.

Con el tiempo, esa experiencia se convirtió en una pasión—y eventualmente em mi propia empresa.

Hoy en dia, me involucro directamente en cada proyecto, asegurándome de que la calidad, los detalles, y los acabados estén al nivel que yo mismo esperaría para mi propio hogar.
